Painted in the earthy tones of F&B Skimming Stone and Bancha, the bespoke Loxley furniture is perfectly in tune with the garden beyond the windows. Stunning Silestone worktops in Eternal Calacatta Gold accentuate the light pouring in through these windows. The natural, homely look continues with the inclusion of a breakfast bar and checkerboard butcher’s block, both made from solid oak. This warmth is picked up again by the stunning Stirling Brushed Brass handles and the Quooker Fusion Pro 3 tap in Patinated Brass, which finish the design with finesse.
The most striking feature, though, has to be the island, which sweeps gracefully across the space. The variation of shapes and levels add character and interest to this expansive island, while the curved edges endow it with an elegant softness. These curves serve a practical purpose too, slipping around the pillar and the ends of the room, to provide ample space for a walkway around the island. On the opposite wall is fitted a custom-built chimney mantle, which creates yet more beautiful clean lines, acting as a frame for the customer’s AGA. All these features marry together to create a kitchen which is as welcoming as it is majestic.
