• Charles James Homes – 5 individual luxury homes in West Chiltington, 8 houses at Stablegate in Findon, and 9 flats at Bluewater, Ferring.
• Brickcrest – redevelopment of a 19th Century Manor house at The Beacons, Chelwood Gate incorporating 8 apartments, all with Poggenpohl kitchens, and 12 apartments and a house at the redevelopment of Ditton Place.
